What happens when people are not honest when answering the PAS® questions?

Admit it. People lie to themselves and others to survive their circumstances. Lie scales and algorithms are triangulated and embedded in the PAS® questions to identify when people don’t answer the question honestly. This is part of Right Time’s trade secret. Administration instructions promote honesty. The PAS® Strength Report is a strong positive reason for them to answer the questions truthfully. They love their Strength Report. If participants don’t answer honestly, an organization’s customized report will indicate that Right Time was “unable to report with confidence” regarding the results. There is no charge for “UTR” reports.
