Right Time Measures Offender PAS® Experience

Right Time LLC has developed an offender process (PAS®) that identifies the dynamic factors amenable to an offender’s internal change. Part of the PAS® process is a 10-40 minute assessment taken by offenders. Answers are evaluated and reports are generated to help criminal justice system rehabilitation stakeholders accelerate, improve, and measure their rehabilitation outcomes. Right Time has benchmarked over 1,000 offenders taking the PAS® to grade their experience. The overall rating is 9.1 out of a possible 10 in ease of taking.

“Right Time’s mission of prosocial offender reintegration is woven into the fabric of our products, policies, and processes,” says Willie Davis, Right Time Managing Partner.  “We believe in making adjustments to our assessment through the systematic inclusion and application of Continual Improvement and Continuous Improvement.”

1,000 offenders involved in the PAS® process were asked immediately and anonymously about the ease of taking the assessment. On a scale of 1-10, (1 being the least and 10 being the most) how easy it was for you to take the assessment?

Their rating was 9.1 out of 10. Here are just a few of their comments:

“It was easy. If you had any questions they will help you.”
“It was simple for me. Test was easy to understand.”
“Just a click of a button.”
“Nothing hard about it. Good to sit back at times and evaluate yourself.”

Davis added, “This allows us to determine where improvements are needed in the areas of performance and structure, and to address the issues of honesty and self-awareness.”
